Meet with me to design a mortgage that will work for your life and explore the estimated costs.
Step Three
Send completed contract to my team, and sign appropriate documents.
We will order the appraisal, title work, and send your file into underwriting.
Step Four
If all conditions and qualifications are met, loan is moved into closing!
